Information for Companies

BC Capital is not simply a fundraising company. However at some stage our clients will require additional funds, and we have a good track record in finding this. We raise funds from a variety of sources including private individuals who belong to our investor clubs, private equity, venture capital and a range of debt facilities.

We are selective about the companies that we raise funds for. The broad criteria are:

Achieving sales, but not necessarily profits.

An EIS qualification, or able to obtain one.

A clear competitive advantage, ideally backed by IPR.

A strong, committed management team, although not necessarily complete.

Requiring funding of £500,000 to £1,000,000 in this round.

A realistic valuation, and a credible path to an investor exit.

Inevitably we work with companies that do not meet all of these criteria, but the closer you are the easier it will be.
