Login Problems ?
Your "User" name is not case sensitive, your password IS.
Your login will fail if cap Lock is on.
It may also fail if you use an "Auto-Complete" feature, as found in many browser tool bar add-ons.
After 5 incorrect logins you will be locked out for 5 minutes.
Lost Passwords
May be recovered using the Forgotten Password? link.
You will need to input your Login or User name.
The website will then send (to the email address we have for you) your password and a verification code to be used on next login.
This needs to take place within 12 hours of a password being sent.
