The assistance that we provide depends upon the particular task that you have in mind, but for example;

Fund Raising - almost all corporate finance transactions involve some fund raising.  We have our own investor club, as well as excellent access to private equity, venture capital and other sources of finance.

Acquisitions - we can advise and act for you to secure advantageous valuation and payment terms, as well as conducting due diligence.

Disposals - if you are selling some or all of your business our acquisition skills can be applied in reverse, on your behalf.

MBO / MBI - again, there is more to this than "just" raising the finance.  We will help you avoid making fundamental errors.

Team Strengthening - we also have many successful and experienced businessmen who are interested in making their experience available if your team needs strengthening, either permanently or as part of a project.

BC Capital is a business, not a charity, so we charge fees.  Our fee structure is simple and clear.  For most transactions our fees will be made up of a combination of:

A flat fee or retainer, payable to us on appointment.  It effectively covers the costs of us getting to know your business.

A contingent success fee usually based upon a percentage of the value of a transaction. If the transaction doesn't complete, we don't get paid.

One off charges - may be more appropriate if, for example, you require a specific piece of technical advice or due diligence.

Some form of warrant or equity participation to ensure that our interest is in the long term development and realisation of your company's value.
