Growing SMEs often have a requirement for expansion funding, typically if about £500k to £1 million.  This is too small for Venture Capital and too much for family and friends. 

The most likely source of funding is from private investors.  The challenge comes in matching the companies with the investors, and that is what the Investor Club exists to do.

BC Capital runs its own, small commercial property fund called the Frobisher BCCL Property Limited Partnership 1.  While the fund is fully subscribed at the moment it may well expand through another funding round next year.
